Return & Exchange Policy

At Chérie Charm, every piece is designed to make you feel confident, feminine, and effortlessly stylish.
We quality-check every outfit before it ships — but if something still doesn’t feel “just right,” we’re here to help with an easy exchange or store credit option.

The basics

Please Note

We currently do not offer returns or cash refunds we only offer:

  • Exchange for a different size, or

  • Store credit (valid for your next purchase)
     

Exchange Request Window
To ensure a smooth experience, please raise an exchange request within 4 days of delivery.
Requests raised after this period cannot be accepted, as our system automatically closes the order cycle.


Eligible Items
We accept exchanges only if:

  • The product is unused, unwashed, and unaltered

  • The original tags and packaging are intact

  • The item is not part of a Sale, Clearance, or Custom-Made order

Items returned without prior approval or showing signs of wear will not be eligible for exchange.

 

Non-Exchangeable Items

For hygiene and production reasons, we do not accept exchanges on:

  • Bodysuits 

  • Custom-sized or altered products

  • Accessories or freebies

Store Credit

If your desired size is unavailable, we’ll issue a store credit equivalent to your order value (excluding shipping fees).
Store credits are valid for 90 days and can be used on any future purchase from Chérie Charm.


 

How to Request an Exchange

  • Visit our website at www.chériecharm.com.

  • Go to the Exchange Request section and fill out the required details — including your order ID and reason for exchange.

  • Once submitted, our team will verify your request within 24–48 working hours and share return instructions via email or SMS.

  • After receiving and inspecting your item, we’ll process your new size or store credit within 5–7 working days.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost.

  • In case of a manufacturing defect or wrong item received, Chérie Charm will bear the return shipping cost.
