Order Processing Time

All orders are processed and dispatched within 24–48 working hours after your payment is confirmed.
Our team carefully inspects and packages every order before shipping — because your outfit deserves nothing less.

Delays may rarely occur due to:

High order volumes during festive seasons
Courier partner delays
Government or public holidays

We’ll always keep you informed if there’s an unexpected delay.

Delivery Details

Standard Shipping:
3–7 working days after dispatch (average pan-India timeline)

Delivery time may vary depending on:

Your location and pin code serviceability
Weather conditions or strikes
Courier network efficiency during peak seasons

No COD — Prepaid Only

We currently do not accept Cash on Delivery (COD).
All orders must be prepaid to ensure faster processing and secure handling.
This allows us to maintain premium quality control and smooth shipping operations for every customer.

Delivery Attempts & Returns to Origin (RTO)

Our courier partners make up to 3 delivery attempts.
If the order is not accepted or marked as Return to Origin (RTO) due to customer unavailability or incorrect address, a reshipping fee of ₹200 will apply for re-dispatch.
