We’ve answered some of the most common questions about orders, exchanges, and shipping — so your shopping experience feels as smooth and stylish as our designs.

  1. How long does shipping take?
    Orders are processed and dispatched within 24–48 working hours after payment confirmation. Delivery takes 3–7 working days depending on your location and courier service availability.

     

  2. Do you ship all over India?
    Yes! We proudly ship pan-India — bringing Chérie Charm confidence to every corner of the country.

     

  3. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
    We currently accept prepaid orders only. This ensures smoother delivery, faster dispatch, and better quality control for every customer.

     

  4. What if I miss my delivery?
    Our courier partners make up to three delivery attempts. If your parcel is marked as Return to Origin (RTO) due to non-delivery, a reshipping fee of ₹200 will apply to resend it.

     

  5. Do you accept returns or refunds?
    We don’t offer cash refunds or returns, but we do provide easy exchanges and store credit for eligible products.

     

  6. What is your exchange window?

  7. Are your products quality checked before dispatch?
    Absolutely! Each Chérie Charm outfit undergoes a thorough quality check before shipping — because your confidence deserves the best.

     

  8. Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
    Orders can’t be modified once shipped. For urgent changes, email us immediately at support@cheriecharm.com, and we’ll try our best to assist before dispatch.
